Jennyzen (Jae) Santiago - PT, MPT

Jennyzen (Jae) Santiago – PT, MPT

Jennyzen C. Santiago, PT, MPT received her BS in Psychology from the University of California, Davis with an emphasis in Biology, and her Master of Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. Jennyzen is experienced in caring for patients of all ages, with various orthopedic and sports related injuries. Jennyzen specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, indicated for most post-partum women or women suffering from pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti abdominis, and pelvic girdle dysfunction. For this, she is currently working to receive her Women’s Health Clinical Certification. Through her skilled administration of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training, Jennyzen is a valuable member of the OSR team. In her free time she enjoys working out, yoga and surfing the north shore.

Ewa Mazurek -  PT, DPT

Ewa Mazurek – PT, DPT

Ewa Mazurek PT, DPT received her BS in Kinesiology and Movement Science from University of Illinois in Chicago (2012) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York (2016). She is originally from Poland and emigrated to the US with her family to the Chicago area in 2000. Having traveled frequently throughout her life both in Europe and across the US she chose to pursue the Travel Therapy route. Over the past five years she has traveled cross country working various therapy settings from acute care to outpatient orthopedics, eventually settling down in the beautiful island of Oahu. Her passion is in orthopedics, pain science and neuromuscular re-education and improving patient understanding of pain to restore their functional mobility as well as quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, skiing, hiking, snorkeling and lounging on the beach.

Shane Owens -  PT, DPT

Shane Owens – PT, DPT

Shane Owens was born and raised in Wyoming. He received his BS in Exercise science at BYU-Idaho and while attending there he joined the Army National Guard. Shane went on to get his physical therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in Austin, Texas. Shane was introduced to physical therapy in high school when he broke his ankle, and now enjoys helping patients overcome their injuries and getting back to doing activities they love. When he’s not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids doing outdoor activities. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping, and hopes to get better at surfing.

Jordyn Watanabe -  PT, DPT

Jordyn Watanabe – PT, DPT

Jordyn Watanabe PT, DPT was born and raised here on the island of Oahu. She received her BS in Exercise Science from Western Oregon University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, IL. Jordyn has experience caring for patients in the outpatient ortho, outpatient neuro, and acute inpatient settings. She is passionate about helping people return to doing the things they need and love to do. Jordyn is especially grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back to her local community. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, staying active, surfing, and eating good food.

Bryson Naito PT, DPT

Bryson Naito PT, DPT

Bryson Naito PT, DPT received his BS in Kinesiology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Touro University of Nevada. Born in San Francisco but raised in Oahu, Bryson is experienced in treating patients of all ages with various orthopeadic, sport, and neurological conditions. Utilizing pain science, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapeutic techniques, Bryson is able to help patients get back to the things they love. In his free time he enjoys spending time with loved ones, watching all things sports, and getting some sun playing a round of golf.

Sean Moran PT, DPT

Sean Moran PT, DPT

Sean Moran earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles California. Prior to physical therapy school Sean earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Sean played on the men’s ice hockey team where after several injuries he found his love for physical therapy. Sean has had clinical experiences including orthopedics, acute care, and in sports medicine setting working with high school, college, and professional athletes. Sean is planning on sitting for his Board Certified Clinical Speciality as a Sports Therapist this upcoming March. Sean recently became a Movement Links certified therapist. Sean is very passionate about what he does and loves seeing patients return to their passion. In his free time Sean enjoys hiking, running, surfing, and spending time with his dog – Bodie

Veronica (Roni) Crass PT, DPT

Veronica (Roni) Crass PT, DPT

Veronica “Roni” Crass PT, DPT received her BS in Health and Human Sciences from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York, NY. After starting her career in Southern California, Roni is excited to be back home on O’ahu as a member of the OSR team. Roni is experienced in caring for patients of all ages with various injuries and disabilities. Roni specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, and treats common diagnoses such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain and dysfunction, and works with the pregnancy and postpartum population and their specific ailments and conditions. In her free time, Roni enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, running, golfing, surfing, traveling and hiking.

Dionne Higbee - PTA

Dionne Higbee – PTA

Dionne hails from the small town of Sidney which is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. She received her Bachelor’s in Applied Science from Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA in 2007. Since that time, she has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of rehabilitation settings, to include; acute care, inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, cardiac and sports rehabilitation. Dionne is a certified provider of the Graston Technique where she utilizes instruments to treat soft tissue injury. She enjoys taking continuing education courses to acquire new skills, help patients return to previous levels of function, and achieve their own personal goals. She has a true passion for helping her patients and she strives to educate them on their injury or condition while providing them with the tools they need to reach their goals. Dionne believes patient education is the key to successful rehabilitation.
Dionne and her family recently moved to Hawaii and are enjoying all Oahu has to offer. She especially enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, body boarding, snorkeling, swimming, sailing and exploring new adventures throughout the islands.

Melanie Rodriguez - PTA

Melanie Rodriguez – PTA

Melanie was born and raised in Napa, California, got her B.A. in Graphic Design in London, England, and PTA A.S. degree in Sacramento, CA. Rehabbing injuries as a patient is how she was first introduced to physical therapy. She’s worked primarily in orthopedics, back in California and now here in Oahu. She’s certified in cupping therapy and as a certified yoga instructor. She also enjoys meditation, creative projects, spending time with friends and family, and is learning how to surf.

Fairy Edades – PTA

Fairy was born and raised in Hawaii. She received her Physical Therapist Assistant A.S. degree from Loma Linda University. She has a pretty well-rounded physical therapy background having worked in various settings including Outpatient, Inpatient Acute Hospitals and Rehab, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Outpatient Rehab has always been Fairy’s passion. Prior to OSR, she had filled a staffing need in Skilled Nursing, working with all types of short-term and long-term patients including orthopedics, geriatrics, neurological rehab, etc. During her days off, she likes to explore the island for new food places. Fairy also enjoys watching sports, especially basketball and football. Her hobbies are anything music related. She loves to sing and can also play the guitar and piano.

Mona Vito – PTA

Mona Vito was born and raised in California’s central valley. She received her BS in Kinesiology from Fresno State University and subsequently graduated from Institute of Technology in Clovis earning her Physical Therapist Assistant license. Mona has worked in the industry since 2015 in both inpatient and outpatient settings and is passionate in helping her patients reach their goals and return to doing what they love. In her free time she enjoys hiking, spending time with family and finding new places to eat. She hopes to learn how to surf now that she lives on beautiful Oahu!

Leo Capili - PTA

Leo Capili – PTA

Leo is originally from California and recently relocated to Hawaii to be closer to family and experience Hawaii life. He received his B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, Fresno and eventually received his Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the Institute of Technology in Clovis, California. Prior to receiving his license, Leo had experience in working in both acute care hospitals and outpatient settings which has developed him into the PTA that he is today. Leo enjoys interacting with his patients and knowing that he can make a difference in their lives. He enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and currently learning how to play golf. Leo’s new interest is to learn how to surf.

Chelsea Miller - PTA

Chelsea Miller – PTA

Chelsea was born and raised in Butler, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She found her passion in physical therapy following her personal rehabilitation as she separated from the military. She attended Pima Medical Institute in Denver, Colorado to achieve her Associates of Occupational Sciences for Physical Therapist Assistant and began working in the orthopedic outpatient setting. Chelsea is currently studying for her National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training and nutrition.

She is a former athlete, spending much of her childhood playing softball, volleyball, and basketball. Now she stays active by cycling, paddle boarding, lifting, hiking, and spending time with her two young children and dog. After living in Hawaii for just a year, she cannot imagine living back in a cold climate and loves being at the beach every chance she gets.

Mika Gorgonio - LMT

Mika Gorgonio – LMT

Mika Gorgonio was born and raised here on the beautiful island of Oahu. She received her Bachelors in Speech Communication with foci in Non-verbal Communication, Intercultural Communication and Conflict Management. Mika then attended Hawaii Healing Arts, received her license then immediately started working at Oahu Spine and Rehab.

Mika enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and 3 beautiful girls. She also loves to work out, Judo, and helping other parents take care of themselves so they can take care of their kids.

Jason Chong - LMT

Jason Chong – LMT

Jason Chong was born and raised on the beautiful Windward side of Oahu in Kaneohe. Jason graduated from Creighton University with his BS in Biology. He then attended massage school at East-West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. Jason specializes in different massage techniques such as: Acupressure, Shiatsu, Lomilomi, Sports MET and Hot Stones.

Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, Kung Fu, and Chinese Lion Dancing.
