Dr. Chrysanthy Ha - M.D., MPH
Dr. Ha received her BS from the University of California, Los Angeles and her MPH from the University of Southern California. She earned her Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Ha has invaluable experience working with Marines and Sailors in an infantry unit in helping them navigate the health care system from point of injury to full recovery. She is passionate about teaching patients about their body and how to take ownership of their health.
In her free time, Dr. Ha enjoys yoga, Crossfit, and exploring the island through hiking.
Dr. Mary Adey - D.C.
Dr. Mary Adey was born and raised in Minnesota. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology, she went on to Chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota. Dr. Adey is passionate about treating the body as a whole and inspiring people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle.
She has a special interest in women’s health as well as pediatrics. With that, her goal is to help people get well and inspire them to make healthy lifestyle choices to stay well. In her free time,
Dr. Adey enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 year old daughter and dog.
Emily Brewer - DNP, APRN-Rx, FNP-C
After completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Texas Tech University, Emily moved to Hawaii in 2007. Emily then went on a medical relief mission in Haiti that transformed her life and made her want to be able to help even more people, which she felt she could do best as a Nurse Practitioner. Always hard working and dedicated, Emily graduated Hawaii Pacific University’s Nurse Practitioner program and The University of Hawaii's Doctor of Nursing Practice program as the Class Valedictorian of each. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she is passionate about holistic care of her patients. Emily’s interest in physical medicine began at an early age and continued through her college years running track and playing volleyball for Texas Tech University. Emily enjoys educating her patients on the role of exercise in preventative health care, and she continues to have a passion for treating acute and chronic injuries to help keep her patients active.
Emily also has a strong interest in women’s health and wellness. She is the secretary for the Hawaii Association of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Emily enjoys food, travel, and exercise, especially if it is in the Hawaiian sun.
Jennyzen (Jae) Santiago - P.T., MPT
Jennyzen C. Santiago, PT, MPT received her BS in Psychology from the University of California, Davis with an emphasis in Biology, and her Master of Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. Jennyzen is experienced in caring for patients of all ages, with various orthopedic and sports related injuries. Through her skilled administration of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training, Jennyzen is a valuable member of the OSR team. In her free time she enjoys working out, yoga and surfing the north shore.
Regina Lavelle - MPT, DAC
Originally from New York, Regina graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Health Science and M.S. in Physical Therapy. She also graduated from Oriental Medical Institute of Hawaii with certificate in acupuncture. She later went on to receive her Doctorate in Acupuncture.
Currently Regina is certified in Emotional Freedom Technique. She has also had experience as a certified aquatic therapist. In her free time, Regina enjoys traveling the world.
Adam Taylor - P.T., DPT, CSCS
Adam Taylor, PT, DPT, CSCS received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Mississippi. After joining the U.S. Army as an Officer, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University. His passion for Physical Therapy grew as he worked with wounded warriors, amputees and deployed servicemembers in the Middle East. Adam’s career grew to include Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning, and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. In his personal time, Adam enjoys spending time with his Ohana, helping his Church Family, physique training and fabricating custom vehicles.
Angela (Andi) Pepper - LPTA
Originally from Atlanta GA, Angela moved to the US Virgin Islands in pursuit of a Marine Biology degree where she developed a passion for health and wellness. She maintains eight group and wellness certifications to include certified nutritionist, Spinning and Yoga instructor. She has been a personnel trainer for select military units for the last 16 years. While living in Virginia, Angela earned her Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant graduating top of the class. Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, water activities and has a passion for travel.
Dionne Higbee - LPTA
Dionne hails from the small town of Sidney which is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. She received her Bachelor’s in Applied Science from Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA in 2007.
Since that time, she has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of rehabilitation settings, to include; acute care, inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, cardiac and sports rehabilitation. Dionne enjoys taking continuing education courses to acquire new skills, help patients return to previous levels of function, and achieve their own personal goals. She has a true passion for helping her patients and she strives to educate them on their injury or condition while providing them with the tools they need to reach their goals. Dionne believes patient education is the key to successful rehabilitation.
Dionne and her family recently moved to Hawaii and are enjoying all Oahu has to offer. She especially enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, body boarding, snorkeling, swimming, sailing and exploring new adventures throughout the islands.
Lianne Crane - LPTA
Lianne Crane received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Fatima Medical University in the Philippines. Lianne then moved to the US and has been a Physical Therapy Assistant for more than 10 years in California and Hawaii with a variety of experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurologic and geriatric population.
She started working as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Oahu Spine and Rehab since it opened its doors more than 5 years ago. Lianne enjoys working at an outpatient clinic and considers her profession very rewarding especially seeing the improved wholeness and well being of her patients.
When away from work, Lianne enjoys spending time with her family, taking her son to the park and singing for her church. She also actively volunteers for church related events.
Jason Chong - LMT
Jason Chong graduated from Creighton University with his BS in Biology. He then attended massage school at East-West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. Jason specializes in different massage techniques such as: Acupressure, Shiatsu, Lomilomi, Sports EMT and Hot Stones.
Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, Kung Fu, and Chinese Lion Dancing.
Mika Gorgonio - LMT
Mika Gorgonio was born and raised here on the beautiful island of Oahu. She received her Bachelors in Speech Communication with foci in Non-verbal Communication, Intercultural Communication and Conflict Management. Mika then attended Hawaii Healing Arts, received her license then immediately started working at Oahu Spine and Rehab.
Mika enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and 3 beautiful girls. She also loves to work out, Judo, and helping other parents take care of themselves so they can take care of their kids.
Sara Basso - LMT
Sara Basso was born and raised on Oahu. She attended Hawaii Healing Arts in Kailua. She also attended school at Windward Community College and is currently enrolled at University of Phoenix. Sara enjoys working at OSR because it helps her grow in knowledge and her skills as a Massage Therapist.
Sara also enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the movies and relaxing at the beach.
Sean Hasegawa - LMT
Sean Hasegawa was born and raised in Aiea, Oahu. He received his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UH Manoa and completed massage school from Kapiolani Community College. Sean feels very passionate about the healing process our patients go through and enjoys being part of the progress.
In Sean's spare time he likes to play football, volleyball and basketball. Sean is also very involved with his church and plays the drums for their band.
